The fishery, an ASSF member, offers top quality fly-fishing on a stunningly beautiful 120-acre loch set amongst some of Perthshire's loveliest countryside. Fishing is by boat only and a number of Minnkota electric motors are available for hire. Currently there are twenty five available including a boat for the disabled.

Stocking. The loch is stocked twice weekly with Rainbow, Blue and Brown trout that will average 2lbs. The policy will also include the stocking of a variety of weights with rainbows over 10lbs being introduced.

Facilities. There is a good, spacious fishing hut with toilets and the management can prepare tea, coffee, snacks, buffet or barbecue to order.

Electric outboard hire.   
There are a limited number - up to
8 - Minnkota motor + battery per boat
per hire at 10.00
but anglers requiring these are advised
to book in advance.

However, anglers can bring their
own motors.

How to get there. Coming from the south take the A9 to Dunkeld then on to the A923 to Blairgowrie and the fishery is on the right hand side of the road. From Blairgowrie it is again on to the A923, this time heading to Dunkeld and the fishery is clearly signposted on the left hand side of the road around eight miles from Blairgowrie.
